Return Qualifications
* Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date received.
* To qualify for a return, items must:
* Be unused, in the same condition as received.
* Be in the original packaging.
* Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item

2. Ship the item to:

3. Once the item is received, inspected, and tested, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or denial of your return.
4. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Shipping & Restocking
* Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
(Example: A $70 tool with free shipping returned = $70 – $15 shipping = $55 refund).
* Orders over $1,000 that are cancelled or returned will be subject to a 4% restocking fee.
* Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping Responsibility
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or damaged items.
* Shipping times may vary depending on distance.
* For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
